Kangoo Jumps sessions
Golf de la Grande Bastide offers Kangoo Jumps sessions every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm. This fun cardio sport is played with shoes that bounce back to cushion the impact. It’s a great cardio workout that’s gentle on the joints. Open to all levels, Kangoo Jump can be practised indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather, in a friendly atmosphere.
