This is the third time the Hopps Open de Provence has been held at the Golf International de Pont Royal.
This year, the European Challenge tour will only head to France or, more specifically, to Golf International de Pont Royal in Mallemort de Provence in the south of France on 24-27 September 2020.
It’s the third time the European Challenge Tour has chosen to stage the Hopps Open de Provence on the Ballesteros-designed course at Golf International de Pont Royal.
It’s the only French golf course designed by the great player Seve Ballesteros, fifty-time winner of the European Tour. The golf course is not only renowned for its stunning views of the Alpilles mountain range and the Luberon, but for the speed of its greens, which makes it a very technical course.
We still have to wait a bit longer to find out who the headliners are. The organisers are hoping for Romain Langasque, Victor Pérez, Robin Roussel and Antoine Rozner, which will make for an exciting event.
Golf events
The organisers have decided to raise the bar with even more events for the public and the introduction of a local drive focusing on the pleasure of shopping, opting for short supply chains and the “consom’actor”.
A new networking event
This year, a new startup/investor networking event will be held for the first time. It will take place on 24 September at the 6-hole La Durance course and will follow a similar format to those already held in France.
The Hopps Group Pro-Am will be the same as the previous two events, with Titleist and Ping both present.
